I help children navigate difficult feelings, process past experiences, and adapt to life changes in a safe and nurturing environment. Using creative, child-centered approaches, such as play, art, and expressive activities, I support children in sharing their emotions, building resilience, and learning coping and emotional regulation skills. I also work closely with parents, providing guidance and strategies to reinforce their child’s growth at home, creating a stronger foundation for long-term emotional wellness and confidence.
The teenage years can bring intense emotions, social pressures, and high levels of stress. I provide a safe, private space where teens feel truly seen, respected, and supported. My trauma-informed approach focuses on building emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and healthy coping skills. Using tools like breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic strategies, teens learn to regulate emotions and navigate challenges effectively. When appropriate, I also collaborate with families to strengthen communication and support growth, all while honoring the teen’s autonomy and individuality..
Adults face a wide range of challenges, from career and caregiver burnout and anxiety to relationship stress and navigating personal history and trauma experiences. Adult therapy provides a safe and supportive space to pause, process, and gain clarity about your current life circumstances. In our sessions, I create a compassionate environment where you can explore deep-seated thoughts, emotions, and behaviors at your own pace. Together, we work on building emotional resilience, refining coping strategies, and fostering personal growth, all aimed at achieving meaningful, lasting life changes.

A Practical, Whole-Person Approach to Therapy
My work is trauma-informed and rooted in a mind-body approach, supporting both emotional healing and nervous system regulation. I provide trauma therapy for anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm, helping clients feel more grounded, balanced, and in control. I integrate talk therapy with a range of evidence-based and experiential approaches, including CBT, DBT, EFT, mindfulness, Brainspotting, somatic therapy, and polyvagal-informed care.
Using a mind-body approach, we gently begin to heal and restore your nervous system. We explore and process trauma by working with how these experiences are held in the body. Brainspotting therapy is a powerful method for processing trauma and anxiety, allowing for deeper healing at a pace that feels safe and supportive. We also focus on building practical coping tools and strategies you can use in your daily life to manage anxiety, process emotions, and reduce overwhelm.
When working with children and youth, I incorporate art-based and play-based therapy to support emotional expression and build safety in ways that feel natural and engaging.
