Services are HST-exempt, and many extended health care plans provide coverage or reimbursement.
In-person office visits at 30 Quarry Ridge Rd, Barrie, ON L4M 7G1 must be booked by 4:00 pm latest.
*Evening appointments available for in-home sessions, virtual or walk-talk. Virtual sessions are available for residents of Ontario.

I believe that therapy should be accessible. If my fee feels out of reach, I offer reduced-rate options based on individual circumstances. You are welcome to reach out to discuss what feels manageable for you.

Billing & Insurance
Accepted Funds
I strive to keep transactions straightforward. I accept e-Transfers or credit card payments, processed following your visit. Please email e-Transfers to rise.up.therapy.wellness@gmail.com.
A digital invoice is sent via email immediately after payment. These documents include the registration details required for personal record keeping or seeking provider reimbursement.

Extended health care benefits coverage
Most workplace benefits cover Registered Social Worker (RSW) visits. I recommend verifying with your insurance carrier regarding your specific policy limits before our initial meeting.
Direct billing options for Medavie Blue Cross are also available.
NIHB Program & Indigenous Support
I facilitate direct billing via the Non-Insured Health Benefits program. Eligible First Nations and Inuit clients receive full coverage. I can assist with any questions about eligibility.
